Kitchens

Before: The kitchen of this condo in a converted church is long and narrow. The two cut-outs are the bare minimum to open the kitchen to the rest of the apartment. Architecturally, they are no match for the wall opposite this one.

White cabinets, hardware, appliances, and tile behind the stove create an institutional feeling. The color and style of the tile floor didn't relate to any other elements in the space.
The leaded glass doors were a welcome exception to mediocre materials used in a previous renovation.
