Patricia Finn

Allied Member, ASID

Patricia Finn started Finn-Martens Design in 2001 after earning a degree with high distinction from the New York School of Interior Design.

A native of Massachusetts, Pat also has a bachelor's degree in economics from Smith College and had a successful 10-year career in the pharmaceutical industry prior to starting her firm. While living and working in New Jersey, Pat took advantage of the proximity to the New York design world to pursue a new career in a world she loves. And finding her way back into the world of real estate and entrepreneurship was a natural journey. Her father sold properties on Boston’s North Shore for 50 years, and her brothers formed a construction company building homes in Massachusetts in the early 1980s. Pat’s design concepts are based on an accumulation of many years of knowledge regarding homes, property values, and what makes for wise investment choices in remodeling. She is equally comfortable whether putting value into property with her designs or managing an active project on the job site. She has completed successful projects in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Virginia and has participated in Designer Showhouses of the Junior League of Boston and the Jewish Community Center of the North Shore.

Pat’s professional memberships include the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and The International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA).
